Give-away 14 & 15 december 2024
1. Conditions of Participation
- Only actual visitors may take part in the giveaway.
- Registration at the reception desk (visitor registration) is required.
- Participation is free of charge and limited to one entry per family or company.
- Additional chance(s) per purchase amount of €2,000 (excluding 21% VAT).
- Dewit Events reserves the right to withdraw the participation of any person or company if it appears that the participant has violated the rules.
2. Duration and Conditions of the Promotion
Participation by attending the fair itself: 14 and 15 December 2024.
Additional chance(s) (per purchase amount of €2,000 excluding 21% VAT) for confirmed and paid orders under fair conditions until 24 December.
3. Selection of the Winner
The draw will be conducted by an innocent child’s hand, selecting three names.
First name = first prize, second name = second prize, third name = third prize.
The winners will be announced and personally contacted on Saturday, 28 December.
4. Prize Conditions
1st Prize:
Bouncy Castle Combo Candy Slide (including blower, transport bag, anchoring stakes, repair kit, manual, and certificate)
2nd Prize:
Popcorn machine (without cart or ingredients)
3rd Prize:
Air pressure gauge
Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other products.
Prizes can be collected by appointment in Wavre or Overijse.
5. Liability and Use
The standard warranty conditions apply.
6. Personal Data
Participants’ personal data will be processed and stored by Dewit Events for the purpose of announcing and contacting the winners.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties.
7. Force Majeure
Dewit Events reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion in case of unforeseen circumstances.
8. Publicity
The name of the winner may be published on the website and social media channels of Dewit Events.The winner must agree to pose for a photo and to the publication on Dewit Events’ Facebook and Instagram pages.
